Aidan Vehicle Logistics ("we", "us" or "our") provides vehicle collection and delivery services across the United Kingdom. We only collect the information we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange a vehicle movement. When you submit our quote request form, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, this may include:

  • The collection and delivery locations for your vehicle
  • The vehicle type and any details you choose to share, such as registration, preferred dates or special requirements

We do not knowingly collect any special category data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text fields of our form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Prepare and send you a quote for vehicle collection and delivery
  • Respond to your questions and arrange the service you have requested
  • Contact you about the status of a job that is in progress
  • Keep records required for insurance, accounting and legal purposes

Our lawful basis for processing this information is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your information.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our service and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. Enquiry details that do not result in a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed. Records relating to completed jobs are retained for the period required by UK tax and insurance rules, after which they are securely deleted.

Keeping Your Data Secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to your details is limited to the people who need it to carry out the service you have requested.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete your information where there is no longer a reason for us to keep it
  • Object to or ask us to restrict how we use your information
